Today’s video is inspired by Elizabeth Gilbert, the author of “Eat Pray Love”. I recently watched an interview with her where she spoke about the importance of having a Positive Mantra. Your  Mantra is a statement or slogan repeated frequently. Most of us don’t realize it but we already have a built in Mantra replaying inside of our head and these words greatly effect how our life plays out.  A positive Mantra is incredibly important for how you feel, and how your day goes because what you think you become!
