(New Video Post) Outside Influences and Living to Your Potential – #SelfLove

Happy Self Love Saturday!

How are you guys doing? This week I want to talk to you about “Outside Influences and Living to Your Potential”. On my self love journey I’ve had to spend a lot of time learning how to block out all the outside noise and take a look at my outside influences and whether they are helping or hurting me and if they are helping to inspire me to truly live to my ultimate potential!

Living to my potential has become an obsession of mine in making sure that at the end of my days I have given everything I have and in the words of Oprah “fulfill the highest level of myself”. Starting myself self love journey has helped to guide me in this direction because I’m confident in myself and who I am and the kind of life I want. In this video I encourage all of you to take a look at your outside influences, the good and the bad and how it helps or hurts you and are you living to your potential? Happy Self Love Saturday!

  1. You’ve no idea how much these Self Love Saturdays have helped me. There are people in my life who think that I’m just being too deep. They don’t understand that it’s a journey and a lifestyle that is helping to better myself on a daily basis. Love you, Andrea! -peace and light.

Loved this video Andrea. I can def. relate. I am 23 and I distance my friends at time to have time to focus on me. I love being by myself and having me time. I just want to define me and become the best me I could be. Happy Self Love Saturday Whoop Whoop lol!

  5. GOD bless you for always putting out these videos out ever Saturday. There are truly inspirations. Sometimes I do let my outside influences steer me in the wrong directions and those are the times I feel most bad about myself, but when I have let positive influences like Oprah, T.D. Jakes, or Iyanla Vanzant into my life I’m more at peace and motivated to do more with myself.

  6. I absolutely adore Andrea Lewis, but of course she knows this already. Her wisdom is BEYOND. It takes great courage to be bold enough to share your struggles with the world in hopes to help others. I look forward to these videos every week. Andrea you are my Dr.Phil lol and such a positive influence in my life. We shall meet soon 🙂

  7. Thanks for the continuous LOVE! I appreciate you! xoxo

  8. This is a good reminder for me. I took a step back last year with friends once I got to a point where I felt everyones’ voices besides mine. It was a difficult decision from beginning to end b/c I didn’t want to miss out, I missed the group chats etc. and I missed socializing. I also lost a friend and realized some relationships would never be the same. But in the end I realized sooner or later I would need to be alone to reach the potential I had for myself and if I didn’t it would get buried. I def need to work on eliminating influences through tv, and the internet b/c it’s so distracting from your path if left unchecked and I know better. Thanks for this dope and inspiring vid. 🙂
