This week I spent my week focused on the signs that God and the Universe were giving me. I truly believe that God gives you signs on a regular basis, now matter how big or small he is helping to guide you in the direction that he wants you to go. (New Video Post) Self Love And Beyond – Event Recap #selflovesaturday

Happy Self Love Saturday!

Last Saturday (April 16th) I had a Self Love Tea Time, an intimate event with 20 ladies, centered around self love and an open and honest conversation about our fears, insecurities, past experiences, careers, friendships and everything else in between! We had cookies, cupcakes, sandwiches and most importantly TEA! This event was like a dream come true for me! I had envisioned it for so long and to see it come to life in this way, was just EVERYTHING! Big shout out to Essence Atkins for being my special guest, Baby Love Sweetery and Mama Auntie’s Vegan Desserts for providing us with their delicious treats and even bigger shoutout to all of the girls and their awesome energy for coming, speaking up and spreading love! I can’t wait to do the next one.
