Happy Self Love Saturday!
Lately I’ve been getting a lot of messages from people asking, how I am able to stay so positive and continue on my self love journey and with that I have one simple reply, “Gratitude is the best attitude” . I have learned a lot about having gratitude for your life and how the feeling of gratitude can turn any bad day into a great day and it can help to keep you focused on the positive rather than the negative.
I have forced myself to live in constant gratitude by making it apart of my daily routine. I wake up and I say “thank you”, before I go to bed I say “thank you” and I regularly find myself through out my day saying “thank you” for the smallest and simplest pleasures that help me to get through my days. I’m truly thankful for everything in my life and it’s having this overwhelming sense of gratitude that has helped to make my journey even better and easier! I want to say that you motivated to beginning of my self love journey. I have been writing 10 things I am grateful for each day. I have to say thank you for being the catalyst for my journey. I have had so many changes and I am being filled with so much joy. Thanks again!

I wanna ask: how do u cope with keeping ure emotions calm down whenever someone tells u something that can make u upset?
I struggled sometimes with tt at work, i tend to cry it out in the toilet and get back better. What else one can do in tt situation? Thanks Andrea.. ❤
