Happy Self Love Saturday!
A week ago I posted a list on my instagram page that I stumbled on and I truly felt it listed the key steps to loving yourself. The list was about “8 Ways to De-Clutter Your mind” but it was also interchangeable with Self Love. I was so inspired by this list that I decided to make a video about it and go a little more in depth on the steps. Check out the list and video below!

7. Allow Yourself to be Vulnerable
