Happy May Day!
At the beginning of the year I made a plan for myself to set monthly goals and five months into the year I’m very happy that I’ve done that because my focus has been like a Ninja! Now that it’s May 1st, my goal this month is all about fitness, last month I focused on healthy eating and cleaning up my diet and now that summer is coming and I’m going to be doing some filming soon I have to step it up a notch. I try my best to exercise every day but I tend to be a creature of habit and I like to do the same thing all the time which is dance or go for a run with my weight vest and as fun as those exercises are for me, this month I’m stepping out of my comfort zone a bit and I’m going to do a daily fitness challenge! Check out the picture below that I got from WolfpackNutrition.com which is a great site for personal training and nutrition plans. I like the May challenge that they’ve set up because it appears pretty simple but it’s not! Those Burpees will get you! LOL. I wanted to share it with you guys in case your need a little bit of fitness inspiration or a monthly goal reminder.
